Porch Therapy - Sound Baths 🌿✨

Every Wednesday in June | 6:30 PM

Donation Based Event

Before the chaos of summer fully takes over, give yourself an hour of pure, unhurried peace. Join us on the porch every Wednesday evening in June for a deeply restorative outdoor sound bath.

As the evening light softens, you’ll lie back and let the resonant frequencies of singing bowls, drumming, voice and chimes wash over you, calming your nervous system and clearing the mental clutter of the week.

Space is cozy and limited!

The After-Glow

The medicine doesn’t end when the bowls stop singing. Stay a while for tea, light snacks, and soulful visiting. It’s a space to ground yourself, chat, and connect with community.

In her sound healing sessions, Patricia creates a sanctuary for the soul by  incorporating tuning forks to balance energies, guiding you to honour the resonance of your unique voice, and utilizing the immersive vibrations of singing bowls for a restorative sound bath. Her gentle facilitation invites you to follow threads of curiosity, revealing the stories, feelings, and ideas that live beneath the surface. Through the power of healing vibrations and moments of quiet reflection, she helps guide you back to your intuition and the truth and beauty that lives within.

A visual artist and sound healer with a heart for melody and the human voice, Patricia is the proud mama of two adult children and three fur babies. Alongside her work as a Montessori music teacher, she brings a vibrant background as a Music Director, fundraiser, and events coordinator, and holds a degree in Music Therapy. She is now joyfully diving into her newest passion: sound healing! She can’t wait to explore this resonant world collaboratively with you. Patricia believes that every rhythm and vibration is part of a larger storytelling journey: who you have been, who you are now, and who you are becoming.
